Below are our average prices for a standard installation of the listed air conditioners. Some homes may require additional work and cost more than others when extra material, updated electrical or code upgrades are required. These prices will apply to most homes. Please call us for an over the phone quote or free in home estimate to confirm your total price.
Air conditioner installations require that the existing furnace will accept the air conditioner and the existing electrical service panel will accept the additional circuit for the air conditioner. New furnaces and service panels will be quoted separately when required.
Typical air conditioner installation includes the condensing unit, matching evaporator coil, line set, condenser pad, new canvas connector, new plenum, condensate drain and 220 volt circuit (up to 40 ft.) from the existing service panel only. Homes that have existing AC may cost less. Permits are billed separately based on what your city or county charges.
Our labor warranty for new installations is 1 year, we provide same day service during this time.
