When a furnace is not operating properly it will have to be diagnosed by one of our service technicians to determine the problem, in some cases the problem is minor, others require replacement parts and sometimes the furnace may need to be replaced. 

  • We recommend that you start with our $40.00 trip & diagnostic service to determine the problem.
    This gets a technician to your house to detrmine the problem. Commercial diagnostic cost $90.00.

  • Once the service tech determines the problem you will receive a flat rate quote for the repairs which will include the diagnostic fee.
      
  • If you don't want the repairs made your total charge will be the $40.00 trip & diagnostic fee.

                Senior Citizen customers 65 and over can request a 10% discount on repair parts.

Below are some flat rate prices for typical repairs to residential forced air furnaces.
These prices are for residential standard parts and repairs. OEM, commercial and special order parts may cost more and sometimes require shipping charges.  The service technician will provide you with a firm quote.

Simple Repairs (no parts required) 

When a diagnostic reveals a simple problem and no parts are required, for example loose wires, plugged filters etc.

This is a safety that monitors over-heating, specific temperature settings are required.

This device ignites the burner. Ignitors generally last 3 to 5 years, bad ignitors require a direct replacement.

Control Board Replacement 

This is the control center and requires a direct replacement with specific settings, often rewiring is required.

Blower Motor Replacement 

This motor circulates air through the vents, it requires matching specifications such as horsepower, electrical ratings and mounting design.

This is a device that produces the low voltage for most controls, it will typically burn out due to electrical shorts.
