Rabbit Heating and Air, LLC is offering the following promotions for a limited time.
Lennox G40 furnace any size installed $1800.00 (Regular price was $2250 - $2475)
Price is good for a standard installation and includes removal and disposal of the old furnace, sheet metal required to adapt the new furnace to the existing duct system including a new return air drop and filter rack, new expansion canvas joints, new flue from the furnace to the existing riser, reconnect to the existing electrical circuit, reconnect to the existing gas supply and combustion air as required.
For this promotion permits are billed separately based on what your city or county charges. Crawl spaces are $150.00 extra. Additional upgrades or materials are extra.
Lennox 13ACX air conditioner 2.5 ton installed $2700.00 (Regular price was $3100.00)
Price is good for a standard installation and includes the condensing unit, matching evaporator coil, refrigerant line set, condenser pad, 220v circuit (up to 20 ft.) from the existing service panel only.
Note: This price does not include upgrades or replacements of the existing breaker box. Permits are billed separately based on what your city or county charges.
$300.00 off all other furnaces or air conditioners.
All furnaces and air conditioners except for the G40 and 13ACX (which have a separate promotion) are discounted $300.00 for a limited time. Simply choose the furnace or AC you want and deduct $300.00 from our regular list prices posted on this site.
Any additional labor, material or upgrades will be added after the discount if necessary.
Federal Tax Credit For Energy Efficiency (The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009)
The government is allowing a tax credit for energy efficiency home improvements that can be used toward the purchase of a qualifying furnace and/or AC.
The credit is for 30% of the cost of the purchase up to $1500 (max.).
Example: Homeowners purchase a Lennox G71 furnace (95% AFUE) for $4000.00 they can claim a $1200.00 (30% of cost) income tax credit. A purchase $5000.00 or more would reach the maximum $1500.00 allowance.
Qualifying Lennox Models include:
All G71 furnaces (95% AFUE).
G61V071 furnace (95% AFUE).
G61V091 furnace (95% AFUE).
G61V110 furnace (95% AFUE).
All XC21 air conditioners when matched with a qualifying furnace to achieve (13 eer and 16 seer).
Lennox has other air conditioner models that qualify if they are properly matched to a achieve (13 eer and 16 seer) but in most cases they will be smaller ton systems. For example a 2 ton may qualify where a 3 ton of the same model won't. We will always check and inform you.
Customers are sometimes misinformed either intentionally or for lack of knowledge by some contractors about qualifying models and may not get the tax credit. We provide you with a qualifying ARI form that we download directly from CEE Directory of ARI Verified Equipment www.ceedirectory.org that you will need to file with your taxes.

Xcel Energy is now offering natural gas customers in Colorado cash back with the purchase and installation of new energy-efficient natural gas furnaces or boilers.
For a limited time, natural gas residential and small business customers can receive DOUBLE THE CASH BACK for purchasing and installing qualifying natural gas boilers and furnaces. Units must be purchased and installed between April 1, 2009, and May 31, 2009, to be eligible. Rebate applications must be submitted to Xcel Energy by June 15, 2009.

Three easy steps
- Buy a new, qualifying furnace or boiler from a heating and cooling contractor.
- Get the 2009 Heating Rebate application from your heating and cooling contractor, or download the form at www.xcelenergy.com.
- Complete and mail in the rebate application. Make sure to attach your dated invoice.
Combination boiler/water heater units are not eligible for rebates at this time
